What is Procrastination?
Procrastination is the action of delaying or postponing something. It is one of the biggest time stealers there ever was or will be.
When people procrastinate, they start putting off important tasks beyond reason to a “someday”, sometimes forever. This could be important self-improvements or actions that can positively impact career, health, happiness, effectiveness, relationships, learning, or self-esteem.
Slowly, as deadlines loom closer, there is a last-minute rush to beat the clock.
